With many years of validation expertise and flexible access to the most modern test tracks and test benches, we deliver fast and precise results, documenting them while simultaneously pointing out potential for optimization options. This applies to the chassis validation as well as the testing of all chassis components - from the axles, brakes and steering to the wheels.

We carry out all the necessary tests covering all properties including function and durability of chassis components in our test facility. Vibration, force and environmental influences (e.g. temperature, corrosion, dust, stone chipping) are simulated by our experienced specialists by means of special test benches. All test results conducted in our laboratories are documented and include areas of potential optimization.

• Axles: Maximum flexibility in the spacious test field with spring test benches, vibration tests on axle components, identification measurements on rubber bearings, measurement of the damper identification, etc.
• Brakes: functional validation in our brake project house. As additional services we offer supplier control, material tests and endurance tests.
• Steering: Extensive options with parking tests, vibration tests, tests on electromechanical components (e.g. according to LV124, VW 80000), rear-axle steering, active activation of the axle actuators, driving tests and series monitoring, as well as endurance testing with tracking signals, also under environmental influences.
• Wheels: Cross-platform monitoring of all wheel projects and wheel covers up to the SOP including series support Strak, design, production support, tracking, localization. Organization of all acceptance-relevant tests and trials.
