With the acquisition of evopro systems engineering AG, Bertrandt is expanding its range of services in order to meet its customers’ requirements in the field of production services even more efficiently, both in the automotive sector and in other industries.

The company evopro provides cross-technology solutions in automation technology and mechanical engineering, for example in the field of machine vision systems and robotics. In addition, evopro develops software solutions in the field of data acquisition and evaluation in the cloud. It also specializes in the development of individual and customer-specific software solutions.
evopro sees the acquisition by the Bertrandt Group as offering the best future perspectives for further expanding its business in the long term. No details are being revealed regarding the purchase price.
