A key component is the fact that we not only apply agile methods and practices, but also focus on agility as a mindset. In particular, agile development according to Scrum is a well-established framework for us. A Product Owner creates and maintains a Product Backlog, which prioritizes the targeted features of the app. In Sprint Planning, these are then broken down into individual requirements or user stories, which in turn are documented and planned in the Sprint Backlog. The actual development then takes place in iterative Sprints, with the result that new product extensions or increments can be continuously provided to the customer at short intervals. Finally, a Sprint Review or Retrospective takes place to enable the process to be reviewed.
