Dimensional management is an interdisciplinary function involving all areas of body development.

With our dimensional management we ensure consistent quality using a diverse range of materials. With our tolerance concept we take into account the design, the calculation of physical properties, and part separation, and prepare a plan for joints and radii.

We use state-of-the-art tolerance simulation tools, clarify feasibility very early on, and optimize the tolerances for series production.

Our services in the dimensional management section:

• Testing of mounting concepts (RPS) for measuring equipment capability and relevancy
• Dimensioning of parts in respect to tolerance compensations
