Founded in 1982, the Ingolstadt site offers end-to-end solutions for the automotive industry, specialising in bodywork, interiors, electronics development in its own electronics centre, powertrains, simulation and testing. This range of services is complemented by cross-departmental supporting services which include core competences in project, process and quality management, virtual reality, design and technical documentation. Within the Bertrandt network, the Ingolstadt site is responsible for developing modules and vehicle derivatives and it also manufactures equipment and electronics components for special vehicles. The 37 sites in the Bertrandt Group cooperate closely to provide the group's full portfolio of services.
