As development partner, Bertrandt has many years of extensive experience in vehicle electric systems and the electrification of vehicles. It encompasses the low voltage range of 12 V, medium voltage of 48 V, and high voltage of typically 400 to 1000 V, as well as combined multi-voltage systems.
We design vehicle electric systems in 2D / 3D, optimize the layouts of the wiring harnesses in simulations, take into account EMC requirements, and study load and power conduction of moving cables. We supervise every phase of development right to the sample wiring harnesses for test vehicles or small series, and offer support for any issues related to industrialization.
