As communicated in the press release of January 27, 2025, Porsche has been an important strategic partner of Bertrandt as a major shareholder and customer for decades. Bertrandt welcomes Porsche's willingness to contribute further expertise to the strategic work of the Supervisory Board.
On February 18, 2025, Bertrandt's Management Board decided that the agenda of the Annual General Meeting on February 19, 2025 will be limited to agenda items 1 to 9. This was published in the Federal Gazette and on the company's website on the same day.
Following the Annual General Meeting, it will therefore be explored with the shareholder representatives on the Supervisory Board whether there is a possibility of replacing a member of the Supervisory Board. A resulting vacancy on the Supervisory Board would give the Nomination Committee the opportunity to contribute Porsche's expertise to the established six-member Supervisory Board by appointing a Supervisory Board member by court order.
