Renumeration system for Members of the Board of Management 

Our current renumeration system for the Members of the Management Board of Bertrandt AG passed the Annual General Meeting on February 26th, 2021 with a majarity vote of 75.41% of all valid voting papers counted.

Renumeration system for Members of the Supervisory Board 

Our current compensation rule for all Members of the Supervisory Board of Bertrandt AG is recorded in § 12 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation

On February 26th, 2021, the AGM passed a resolution regarding renumeration for the Members of the Supervisory Board based on § 113 par. 3 Stock Corporation Act. The renumeration system passed the AGM with a majorty vote of 99.90% of all valid voting papers counted.

The enacted renumeration system can be found in § 12 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation as well as in the Invitation to the AGM 2021 under topic 6 "Resolution of approval of renumeration for the Memebers of the Supervisory Board".
