Old-age pensions – we are thinking about your future.
Bertrandt has developed an interesting range of company old-age pensions for its employees. Here you can profit from an attractive model of salary conversion with tax advantages and attractive group contract conditions. Here, your contributions as an employee will be put gross for net into your pension. Bertrandt will also contribute with an employer’s subsidy to your pension contributions.

Disability insurance – extra security for you.
As part of Bertrandt’s retirement scheme, we have negotiated special disability insurance conditions for you. As a Bertrandt employee, you will benefit from ease of access and the excellent conditions provided by the Bertrandt group contract. Your contribution is tax free – and we will include an employer subsidy.

Accident and illness insurance – all-round insurance.
As an employee at Bertrandt, you are also protected worldwide by our group accident insurance, in case an accident should happen at work. In addition, you can also enjoy group rates on private supplementary insurance, with all the corresponding reductions and special conditions.
