Working students

Take the short cut from theory to practice.

Your activity as a working student at Bertrandt is guaranteed to help you progress. You will get to know our company, gather valuable experience, finance your studies and prove your engagement to us by completing a variety of tasks. Take the opportunity to connect demanding theory at university with in-depth practical work at Bertrandt.  And build the best connections with future employers, and perhaps with your future colleagues.

Collect practical experience in your specialist field.

We are looking for working students during term time or outside of lecturing periods for all sectors within the Bertrandt group. Look forward to working together with one of our teams from the technical or commercial fields. You will have the opportunity to make new contacts for the future, gain valuable practical experience and take on responsibilities while collaborating with a company that is active on the international level.

You can come to us in the regular study period as long as you have a matriculation certificate. Your working hours will be manageable and easy to integrate with your studies: eight to twenty hours a week. Also, you will receive an individual wage that we will negotiate depending on where you work and your experience.

Even if working student placements are predominantly advertised for German subsidiaries, there are occasional positions abroad as well. You can find all the advertised positions approx. two to three months before the start date among our job offers. And if no suitable position is available, you can always make a speculative application. In doing so, please inform us exactly of which location you wish to work in, the field, the potential weekly working hours and the days of the week you could work, so we can plan everything in early on. Whatever the case, we look forward to your application.
