Basic Level
Basic Module 1 provides an introduction to the topic of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and Autonomous Driving (ADAS/AD). It provides basic definitions of terms, automation classifications and an overview of relevant standards and norms. You will also receive an introduction to the overall system of highly automated driving.
Advanced Level
In this training course, you can deepen your knowledge of sensor technology for FAS/HAF. You can expand your basic knowledge with the aspects of vehicle dynamics sensors and ultrasonic sensors.
The main sensors for environment detection (RADAR, LiDAR, camera) are explained. In addition to the functionalities and sample hardware, sensor calibration, object extraction and detection, as well as system integration are core aspects of the in-depth course.
