Project managers at Bertrandt have an understanding of both upstream and downstream process steps and are also able to evaluate the entire process with regard to economic aspects. Project controlling is applied to monitor the overall costs and to ensure that defined budgets are not exceeded. With their many years of experience in project management, our engineers are able to familiarise themselves with new development processes quickly and to design new structures in a flexible manner.
