Testing and Certification

Tested by Airbus

The final step in the product development chain for aviation components is certification and the related qualification tests. As a comprehensive development partner, Bertrandt also supports its customers in carrying out these two important tasks.

From the creation of the Qualification Test Procedure (QTP), the specification of requirements, the development and construction of test stands, including the execution of tests, right through to the final preparation of the Quality Test Report (QTR), we perform all the necessary work to ensure that your components comply with the required quality and safety standards.

A large number of climate chambers, shakers, actuators and measuring devices make up Bertrandt's broad portfolio, and all equipment can be flexibly applied. This expertise is additionally strengthened by many years of experience in the aviation industry. The testing laboratory is certified (Airbus Testing Qualification) for tests in accordance with RTCA/DO-160 (MIL-STD-810) and is accredited according to DIN 17 025.
