Costs reduction programs show positive effects – Annual General Meeting selects
new supervisory board
At the Annual General Meeting of the Bertrandt AG in Sindelfingen this year, the
Executive Committee and Supervisory Board welcomed approximately 250
shareholders. Board Chairman, Dietmar Bichler, provided information on the most
important data, the successes of restructuring measures as well as growth
potentials. In the context of the meeting the shareholders voted on the
administration’s suggestions.
