In spite of persistently difficult market conditions in the automotive industry,
Bertrandt AG achieved a good result in fiscal 2002/2003. Its Board of Management
and Supervisory Board will therefore propose to the AGM on 18 February 2004 that
the company pay a dividend of EUR 0.15 per dividend-bearing share. In the last
twelve months the company responded to growing demands in the projects field by
implementing the Bertrandt Engineering Network. The more intensive networking of
available expertise is intended to add value for customers and lay the
foundations for the continued sound growth of the company.

The Cologne branch of Bertrandt, the development service provider, is
celebrating its ten-year anniversary today by holding a special event for its
customers. Peter Dorling, a member of the Bertrandt AG Board of Management, and
Stephan Vogt, the managing director of Bertrandt Ingenieurbüro GmbH in Cologne,
welcomed about 150 guests to the Bertrandt facility on the Feldkassel industrial
estate, representatives of Bertrandt's many prominent business partners in the
automotive industry. Mr Vogt stressed the importance of Cologne to his company
as a business location.

Als Antwort der Automobilindustrie auf die Vorgaben der
Altfahrzeug-Verordnung veranstaltete die Bertrandt AG in Ehningen heute
ein Expertenforum zur umweltgerechten Produktentwicklung. Zur
Eco²-Design Tagung konnte Vorstandsvorsitzender Dietmar Bichler rund 60
Vertreter aus Forschung, Gesetzgebung sowie der Automobil- und
Zulieferindustrie im Bertrandt-Technikum begrüßen. Die gemeinsam mit
dem Fraunhofer Institut für Produktionstechnik und Automatisierung
durchgeführte Veranstaltung gab einen Überblick über die gesetzlichen
Anforderungen und zeigte Lösungsalternativen auf.

by the Stuttgart-based communications agency 6B (www.6b.com) and is hosted by
Bertrandt using Oracle portal technology.

Mit einem Kundentag feierte heute die Rüsselsheimer Niederlassung des
Entwicklungsdienstleisters Bertrandt ihr 10-ähriges Bestehen. Peter

Volker Schier konnten im Gebäude im Gewerbegebiet Weiherfeld der
Gemeinde Ginsheim-Gustavsburg rund 150 Vertreter namhafter

die Bedeutung des Standorts Rüsselsheims für sein Unternehmen hervor.

The shareholders of Bertrandt AG will be receiving a dividend of Euro 0.15 per
dividend-bearing share (security code no. 523 280) for the 2001/2002 financial
year. Furthermore, the company's shareholders approved the proposal by the Board
of Management and the Supervisory Board to carry forward the remaining
distributable profit of Euro 2,188,025.99 to the next period. The acts of
management of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board were ratified at
today's annual general meeting in Sindelfingen. Shareholders formally adopted a
motion to extend the period during which the company can purchase its own shares
by a further 12 months until 31 July 2004.

Technikraumes an der Mittelschule "Am Wallgraben" in Grimma.

Scheck in Höhe von 23.500 Euro an Schulleiter Bernd Richter überreichen.
