Developing on the Cars of the Future - Bertrandt is Recruiti
Monday, 15 April 2002
The Bertrandt Group, one of Europe's leading automotive industry development partners, is present at this year's Hanover Trade Fair from April 15-20 on the VDI's joint stand (No. 101 in Hall 10). In accordance with its corporate motto "Career gateway for engineers", Bertrandt is looking for experienced staff.

Development partner for derivatives and modules
To demonstrate comprehensive development competence, the Bertrandt Group presented two studies of possible Audi A2 derivatives at the 2001 IAA (German Motor Show) in Frankfurt - a coupé and a pick-up. An essential factor in providing development services for derivatives and modules has been the continuous expansion of the Group's services in the last few years, so that Bertrandt now can satisfy manufacturers' increased development requirements for derivatives such as convertibles or vans.

Employees with vocational experience sought
In this sector, where technical innovations and constant change are typical features, employees have to satisfy very high demands. Substantial readiness to learn is today a prerequisite for employment in the automotive industry. The projects in which Bertrandt is involved are varied and challenging, with scope for engineers to contribute their specialist knowledge and develop their skills. Employment opportunities within the Bertrandt Group cover all areas within the automobile development process chain. At present, Bertrandt in particular is looking for engineers and technicians to work in design and development and on automobile electronics.

Ongoing training at Bertrandt
In order to meet the complex performance challenges of the future, Bertrandt attaches great value to up-to-date, ongoing training. Bertrandt is developing measures to promote the specialist and personal competences of staff and management. The internal training programme, specially tailored to the needs of its employees, is constantly being extended. With the introduction of the internal project track, new priorities in the further development of employees have been defined.
