New recruits to all our business units are offered targeted induction programmes and excellent on-the-job training. Working as part of an experienced team, you have the opportunity to take on an interesting range of tasks, while keeping sight of the bigger picture. You will also be assigned a personal mentor who will support you throughout the process of integration into the company. Workshops, seminars and the close integration of the various teams and branches not only help to promote the expertise of each individual, but also make working together more enjoyable.
