A key technology: milling
Our modelmaking forms the basis for many of the subsequent manufacturing technologies. In addition to our large milling machines, we also have a wide range of production processes designed for modelmaking. How certain materials feel can be not always understood digitally. The functions of single components or even whole component groups must be often tested under real conditions. Besides models for data control, design and functional evaluation, Bertrandt's modelmaking facility also offers gauges and modelling equipment. As an additional service, we manufacture tools for plastic injection moulding or deep drawing processes as well as master models for carbon fibre reinforced plastic and glass fibre reinforced plastic tools.
