Reliable electrical functions The wide variety of electrically controlled functions in cars or planes results in the use of several kilometres of cable to connect all the components. In addition to produce wiring diagrams, we specify all the electrical connections in the vehicle, including switches, plugs and sockets, cable ducts and junction boxes. These are then installed in the virtual vehicle and tested for conflicts. After this the construction of the prototypes begins. This can range from initial functional prototypes of a switch, including component testing, through to wiring looms for individual modules or a fully equipped and fully functioning test vehicle.
