  Performance development skills Current engine development processes are characterised by tough and growing demands for improved driving dynamics, lower emissions and reduced fuel consumption. The main sources of innovation are new and alternative drive concepts, such as hybrid drives and fuel cells, but also the continued development of existing engine designs. All of these factors result in the use of increasingly complex technologies. In the Bertrandt group we have extensive experience of component and module development for innovative engines and drive trains.
