Bertrandt develops vehicle bodies for the automotive industry, taking into account the high standards of functionality required. These bodies include the passenger cell, floor pan, front-end structure, roof module and closures. In addition to designing and integrating new and innovative concepts, Bertrandt develops complete vehicle bodies and acts as a system integrator to coordinate all the partners involved. Other responsibilities of the body developer include the precise definition of the strength, rigidity and crash behaviour of the bodywork.
