Today, the supervisory board of Bertrandt AG approved the annual financial statement 2004/2005 and decided on the agenda for the shareholders’ meeting on February 15, 2006. Since the net profit for the individual financial statement of Bertrandt AG was determined to be 0 euro, no resolution will be passed on the appropriation of profits. In the business year 2004/2005, the Bertrandt Group was able to achieve sales proceeds of 220,088,000 euro as well as an operating profit of 1,819,000 euro and an annual group surplus of 72,000 euro. The 4th quarter showed positive development in the group with sales proceeds of 60,302,000 euro (previous year 58,136,000 euro) and an operating profit of 2,634,000 euro (previous year 2,118,000 euro).
